Short, because there is little to say: SilentList does not collect anything.
What is stored, and where
Your lists and items are stored in a database on each of your devices. When you are signed in to iCloud, they are synced through your own private iCloud database (CloudKit). Apple keeps that database for you; the developer of SilentList cannot read it.
What is not collected
- No account — SilentList does not know who you are.
- No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no third-party code in the app.
- No logging of what your items say.
What is sent elsewhere
Nothing. The share extension, the widgets, Siri and Shortcuts work on the same database on your device. Reminders are local notifications, scheduled on the device.
Crashes
If you test SilentList through TestFlight and it crashes, TestFlight may offer to send the crash report to the developer. That is your choice each time; the report holds no content of your lists.
Your data, out
Settings → Export Everything writes every list as a file (OPML, Markdown or plain text). Deleting the app deletes its data on that device; your iCloud data can be removed in the system settings under iCloud → Manage Storage.
